Synchiropus phaeton

Synchiropus phaeton or the Phaeton dragonet is a species of bony fish of the family Callionymidae, the dragonets. It can be found in the Mediterranean and in the eastern Atlantic.

The House of Barcelona was a medieval dynasty that ruled the County of Barcelona continuously from 878 and the Crown of Aragon from 1137 until 1410. They descend from the Bellonids, the descendants of Wifred the Hairy. They inherited most of the Catalan counties by the thirteenth century and established a territorial Principality of Catalonia, uniting it with the Kingdom of Aragon through marriage and conquering numerous other lands and kingdoms until the death of the last legitimate male of the main branch, Martin the Humanist, in 1410. Cadet branches of the house continued to rule Urgell and Gandia. Cadet branches of the dynasty had also ruled Ausona intermittently from 878 until 1111, Provence from 1112 to 1245, and Sicily from 1282 to 1409. By the Compromise of Caspe of 1412 the Crown of Aragon passed to a branch of the House of Trastámara, descended from the infanta Eleanor of the house of Barcelona.

Torņakalns (stacija)

Torņakalns ir dzelzceļa stacija Rīgā, Zemgales priekšpilsētā, Torņakalna apkaimē. Tā ir I klases kravas stacija ar piepilsētas pasažieru vilcienu kustību. Torņakalna stacijā pietur elektrovilcieni, kas kursē maršrutos Rīga—Jelgava un Rīga—Tukums; dīzeļvilcieni Torņakalnā nepietur. Blakus stacijai atrodas piemiņas plāksne un vagons, ar kādu tika izsūtīti cilvēki 1941. gada deportācijās. Torņakalna stacija sastāv no A un B parka. B parka jeb bijušās preču stacijas strupceļos izvietojies Latvijas dzelzceļa vēstures muzejs. Torņakalna stacija aizņem apmēram 9 ha lielu platību un var apkalpot līdz 31 000 kravas vilcienu un 41 000 pasažieru vilcienu gadā. Sakarā ar "Rail Baltica" atzara uz lidostu izbūvi, Torņakalna staciju paredzēts pārcelt par 200 m uz Daugavas pusi. Vecā ēka tiks pārvietota tālāk no sliedēm un tajā ierīkots muzejs.

Floridsdorfer Wasserpark

Der Floridsdorfer Wasserpark ist ein kleiner, als Parkanlage gestalteter Teil der Alten Donau im 21. Wiener Gemeindebezirk, Floridsdorf. Der Park wurde von 1928 bis 1929 angelegt und hat eine Fläche von 143.000 m², rund ein Drittel davon wird von Wasserflächen eingenommen.
