Ligne P du Transilien

La ligne P du Transilien, plus souvent simplement dénommée ligne P, est une ligne de trains de banlieue qui dessert l'est de l'Île-de-France. Elle relie Paris-Est à Château-Thierry et La Ferté-Milon via Meaux, ainsi qu'à Provins et Coulommiers. Elle comprend également une navette ferroviaire reliant Esbly à Crécy-la-Chapelle ainsi qu'un service d'autocars reliant Coulommiers à La Ferté-Gaucher. Lancée en 2004, la ligne P est longue de 252 kilomètres. Exploitée par la SNCF, elle transportait en 2015 plus de 105 000 voyageurs en moyenne chaque jour de semaine. La quasi-totalité de la ligne se situe en Île-de-France, donc dans le ressort d'Île-de-France Mobilités mais l'extrémité des branches nord se situe en dehors de la région, dans l'Aisne, région des Hauts-de-France, pour les gares situées au-delà de Crouy-sur-Ourcq et de Nanteuil - Saâcy.

Roman Catholic Diocese of Dubrovnik

The Roman Catholic Diocese of Dubrovnik; or Ragusa is an ecclesiastical territory or diocese of the Roman Catholic Church in southern Croatia. The diocese is centred in the city of Dubrovnik. It was first erected in 990. From 1120 to 1828 it was elevated to the status of archdiocese. By papal bull Locum Beati Petri it was degraded at the level of the diocese in 1828. The Cathedral of the Assumption of Mary in Dubrovnik was built in 1713 after the previous cathedral was destroyed in an earthquake. Current Bishop Mate Uzinić is head of the diocese. He was appointed by Pope Benedict XVI in 2011. Dubrovnik's patron saint is Saint Blaise.

John Guerrant Miller

John Guerrant Miller was the 13th mayor of Columbus, Ohio. He was also the 12th person to serve in that office. He resigned his office as mayor on May 4, 1841 to become postmaster in Columbus. He served Columbus as mayor for 13 months. His successor after 1841 was Thomas Wood.
