Église Saint-Martin de Labbeville

L’église Saint-Martin est une église catholique paroissiale située à Labbeville, dans le Val-d'Oise. Elle se compose d'une nef recouverte d'une remarquable charpente lambrissée du XVIᵉ siècle ; d'un bas-côté nord muni d'une fausse voûte en berceau ; et de cinq travées orientales voûtées d'ogives, réparties sur deux vaisseaux. L'église est attestée pour la première fois en 1066. Le plan de la nef primitivement dépourvue de bas-côtés pourrait remonter à cette époque. Sinon, l'église actuelle est surtout le résultat de plusieurs campagnes de construction rapprochés à la fin de la période romane et au début de la période gothique, autour du milieu du XIIᵉ siècle. Dans un premier temps, la nef est munie de bas-côtés, et le transept est rebâti. Seul le bas-côté nord subsiste depuis l'incendie de 1821, et le croisillon nord a été remanié quelques décennies après sa construction lors de l'adjonction de la chapelle de la Vierge à l'est. La croisée du transept a perdu son caractère roman ou gothique primitif lors du remaniement des supports de la voûte après la guerre de Cent Ans.

Tour Down Under

The Tour Down Under is a cycling race in and around Adelaide, South Australia, and is the opening event of the UCI World Tour and features all 19 UCI WorldTeams. It also runs as a UCI Women's ProSeries event and features a one-day circuit race as a 'prelude' to the main race. The race was established in 1999 with the support of then Premier of South Australia John Olsen as part of an effort to fill the gap in the state's sporting calendar left by the move of the Australian Grand Prix from Adelaide to Melbourne, Victoria. Since then, the event has been organised by South Australia's Major Event's arm Events South Australia. It has seen rapid growth in its first two decades, having notably become the first race to be granted UCI UCI ProTour status in 2008, and becoming the first event of the UCI World Ranking calendar in 2009. The race has always been held in the middle of the Australian summer season, and features a series of stages incorporating hills and flat sections over a six-day period. Like other UCI WorldTour races, the event attracts all of the top UCI teams, as well as features a national representative team made up of riders without full-time professional contracts.

Longnü

Longnü, translated as Dragon Girl, along with Sudhana are considered acolytes of the bodhisattva Avalokiteśvara in Chinese Buddhism. However, there are no scriptural sources connecting both Sudhana and Longnü to Avalokiteśvara at the same time. It is suggested that the acolytes are representations of the two major Mahāyāna texts, the Lotus Sūtra and the Avataṃsaka Sūtra, in which Longnü and Sudhana appear, respectively. The depiction of Longnü and Sudhana with Avalokiteśvara may have been influenced by the Jade Maiden and Golden Youth who both appear in the iconography of the Jade Emperor. She is described as being the eight-year-old daughter of the Dragon King of the East Sea.

Unter Andinem Spanisch versteht man die verzeichneten Varietäten des Spanischen, die überwiegend im Andenraum von Kolumbien über Ecuador, Peru, Bolivien bis Nord-Chile und Nordwest-Argentinien anzutreffen sind. Das Spanisch in den Anden unterscheidet sich vom gewöhnlichen Castellano insofern, als es im Laufe der Zeit stark von indigenen Sprachen beeinflusst wurde. Dabei gibt es eine Vielfalt an Varietäten, die jedoch nicht eindeutig durch politische oder anderweitige Grenzen zu unterscheiden sind und oft fließend ineinander übergehen.
